Follow our Refund Policy. If you are facing any technical issues while using BP247 private proxies, please contact Customer Support for assistance, if the problem isn’t getting resolved (which doesn’t happen usually), because 99% of the problems get resolved without refund requests.

Refund Policy For Fresh Order

If following conditions are TRUE then you are eligible for a refund:

  1. In the past, you haven’t claimed any refunds under this policy.
  2. You must contact us mentioning your BuyProxies247 username (client panel username) and the VALID reason for requesting the cancellation/refund of our proxies service.
  3. BP247 Admin has not already suspended your username, for breaking our Terms of Service (TOS)
  4. You are claiming a refund within 3 days of purchasing the new/fresh order.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

  • Please inform us at least 3 days before the renewal date of your Private Proxies Packages subscription.
  • Either login to your PayPal account and cancel the subscription manually OR Contact Us and mention your BP247 username. Also, write that you are willing to cancel your subscription.
  • No refunds will be provided after the renewal of the subscription.
  • 3 Days Money Back Guarantee is not applicable for Subscription Cancellation Policy

Refund Timeline

In 1 to 2 working days (Sundays are off), we’ll process your refund request. First, we need to make sure that your refund request is falling under our refund policy.

Important Tips

After purchasing the proxies, check them as soon as possible. Because you won’t be able to get a refund after three days of the purchase of any Proxies Packages

Inform us three days before the renewal of your package, if you want to cancel it.
